Avoid the sun

If you don’t need to apply loads of makeup, don’t. Any makeup that you do wear should be cleaned off before bed.If your makeup builds up, your pores can become clogged and the result will be acne, blackheads, and other types of breakouts.

Avoid smoking

Smoking can cause the collagen levels in our body to decrease. Yes – collagen production will naturally decrease as we grow older. Smoking just makes it happen much earlier. As a result of this decrease, we will see our skin become more susceptible to things such as wrinkles and fine lines. For those who do not smoke – you are one step ahead of the rest! Avoid foods that can cause breakouts

It is not enough for us to eat healthy foods – we must also avoid the unhealthy ones. A few foods that can damage our skin include chocolates, saturated fats, red meats, caffeine, dairy products, and white flour. Breakouts and premature aging are just a few of the side effects related to these unhealthy foods.
