The HCG Diet Obesity Cure
HCG Diet has been called the “obesity cure” or referred as the metabolic diet. Hcg is human chorionic gonadotropin produced by the placenta and found to burn fat if done with a 500 calorie diet devoid of fat and refined carbohydrates. One may say,” Anyone would loss weight on a 500 calorie diet.” The HCG will actually burn 3000 calories, or one pound of fat a day if faithful to the diet! HCG works in the deep part of the brain to reset the “fat banking” thermostat.
With any medically supervised diet, laboratory blood work should be done to assure safety. Diet coaching and nutritionist will contribute to the success and support of the patient. Lunch and Dinner consists of 4 oz of lean meat like veal, turkey, chicken, white fish, crab, lobster or shrimp. One vegetable serving from the following: spinach, tomato, celery, beet greens, chard, green salad, cucumber, asparagus, or cabbage. One bread serving either a breadstick or Melba toast. One type of fruit for desert: apple, orange, one-half grapefruit or strawberries. Freely drink coffee, brewed tea and a lot of water.
